This concept project reimagined the LEGO BrickHeadz shopping experience with a playful yet strategic UX approach. Backed by user research, journey mapping, and prototyping, the Head Over Heelz app introduced features like a Gift Finder, Collection Tracker, and Build Tracker to make discovering sets faster, easier, and more engaging for adult fans and gift-givers.
